Paving

Parking lot paving involves installing a new asphalt overlay on your lot. After any underlying problems are corrected, the surface is thoroughly cleaned of all dirt, debris and vegetation. All excess debris is hauled off site. Water and manhole risers are raised to the finished grade of the new pavement, and the desired thickness of hot asphalt is applied. The surface is then compacted with steel drum rollers. It is best to keep the lot clear of traffic for 12 hours to allow the asphalt time to cure.
