Resurfacing

Parking lot resurfacing involves installing a new layer of asphalt material onto an existing pavement surface. The key to the longevity of the resurfacing work is to properly stabilize (patch) the existing surface prior to installing a new layer of asphalt material. The resurfacing process is completed when the existing surface is beyond the normal maintenance services of patching, crack filling and sealcoating.
